No Return/Refund or Exchanges on: All non-packaged items, balloons, trays/bowls, pinatas, special ordered wedding items, baking/cake decorating, seasonal/holiday items, dated graduation items, TY animals, helium tanks, costumes, makeup, wigs, wearable items, hats, fireworks, clearance & special ordered items. Returnable items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with ORIGINAL RECEIPT only, in original condition. Returns after this period may be eligible for STORE CREDIT only. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HALLOWEEN MERCHANDISE OR SPECIAL EFFECT ITEMS (fog machines, lighting, etc.)
